Studio Contests & Prizes
Students have the opportunity to compete in various competitions and contests with other students in the studio over the course of the year. From composition contests to practicing challenges, students encourage one another to greater accomplishments!
Exclusive Educational Content
Students gain access to comprehensive and engaging materials crafted by Mr. Lynn like the Scale Warrior program and other custom musical arrangements and compositions.
Personalized Video Portfolio
Over a student’s course of study with Mr. Lynn, musicians will actively create a custom video portfolio, tracking and cataloging their progress and development over the years. These portfolios become an absolute treasure for family and friends!
Cutting Edge Technology
Students will learn to use various forms of technology to help them develop not only their playing skills but also their practicing skills. Mr. Lynn is a certified Piano Marvel teacher and uses a variety of platforms to enhance his students’ growth.
Community Performances
In-person and local students will have various opportunities throughout the year to perform in the community, including an end-of-year recital and concert (held in April).
All students enroll into and commit to an entire semester (4-month period) regardless of their payment option. There are 3 semesters each year: Fall (September-December), Winter (January-April), Summer (May-August).

Small group classes meet weekly for 60 minutes offering greater opportunity for musical development and advancement over traditional lessons in this effective and economic format.
Students get to experience the community of small ensemble playing while also enjoying dynamic games, learning activities, and more.

Flex Lessons (Asynchronous Video)

These flexible lessons allow students to meet their musical goals from the comfort of home whenever they want to, on their own schedule!
This package is the rough equivalent of a traditional 30-minute lesson as students upload 4-5 audio/video recordings of their assignments. Technology assists throughout the week to help guide practice. Students also complete various online exercises, games, and activities to round out their musical education.
All flex students can receive up to 15 minutes per month of live, video check-ins with Mr. Lynn as needed for additional support, training, or questions.

Discounts & Fees
If a student is enrolling in more than 1 class or instrument, they can receive a 20% discount on the additional classes/lessons. This discount maybe combined with the sibling discount for a total of 30% off.
Siblings or additional family members (must actively live in the same physical household) can receive a 10% discount for additional family members. The first or initial student in each family will pay the full/listed price (monthly or semester)
Students are expected to purchase their own music/books as needed.
All students are required to pay a $40 materials fee each semester, giving access to various electronic and printed resources or digital resources as needed.
Homeschools & Charter Schools
Living Music Studio is prepared and able to receive funds from students enrolled in Charter Schools. Contact Mr. Lynn for any specific forms or with questions regarding specific invoice needs.
We also aim to help support homeschool families in providing a well-rounded general music education upon request. For students enrolling in the Church & Worship Programs, a comprehensive 2-year course syllabus can be provided for parent records (4 or more semesters based upon your student’s speed and progress).
